Presenting an inviting space for the entire group to gather and entertain, the main level features a Great Room set under vaulted ceilings with a comfortably furnished living room offering a large sofa and chairs arranged in front of a gas fireplace and wall-mounted television. Nestled along a wall in the living room is a dining table with seating for 4 guests with 6 additional seats placed around the kitchen island. High-end appliances and polished-stone countertops are offered in the gourmet kitchen which sits open to the living room.

Access an outdoor area off the main level to enjoy the use of a gas grill and stone patio with seating and a wood pellet patio heater to enjoy an evening outside in warmer months. A family room on the lower level enjoys its own kitchenette with a refrigerator, sink, microwave and coffee station. Comfortable couches invite family gatherings for game night or a movie on the large wall-mounted flat-screen television. Other amenities include a Sonos sound system, Internet TV, a front porch sitting area, and driveway parking for two cars. The garage is not available for parking.

Furnished with a King bed, the primary suite is on the bottom level and includes a private bathroom. Sleeping up to 6 guests, the bunk room is equipped with two sets of Twin XL over Queen bunks and accesses a full bathroom in the hall. Located off of the entry on the main level is a guest bedroom appointed with a Queen bed and private bathroom. Occupying the top level is a guest bedroom outfitted with a Queen bed and private bathroom.

Complimentary use of the private shuttle service on a first-come, first-served basis is available mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups.
