Located on a hillside above the town of Fraser and just a 10 minute drive to the heart of downtown Winter Park, this 7 bedroom private vacation home with 4 bathrooms offers an abundance of space for groups of up to 19 guests. The 5 bedroom home and 2 bedroom apartment combined provides 7 bedrooms with multiple living areas in the main house and a private apartment located above the detached garage.

Upon entering the main house you will be welcomed by the elevated formal living room wrapped in colorful tones and floor to ceiling windows capturing the beauty of the outdoors. A gas fireplace and comfy furniture invites guests to enjoy a good book while taking in the views or tinkering on the Baby Grand piano. Make your way into the family room featuring a wood burning fireplace that opens to the casual and spacious dining room as well as the fully appointed kitchen with high-end appliances and breakfast bar for extra seating. This is the ideal space for all to gather and make tasty meals and lasting memories. From the kitchen, step outside to the large deck with a barbecue grill and private hot tub where you can bask in the Colorado sunshine.

Also on the main level, there is a bathroom and two bedrooms each with a Queen-sized bed. Decorated with care and personality you will find it easy to relax after a day of adventure. Take the grand staircase to the lofted office and reading nook overlooking the living area below. If work follows you to the mountains, the duel desk provides an excellent space to do so or to catch up on your favorite read. Retreat to the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and take respite in the comfortable King bed.

On the lowest level of the home is a kiddo’s paradise! Play games, watch a movie, or catch the big game in the kid-proof living room. Five young ones can crash in the bunk room with a Twin Bunk bed and Trundle (Three Beds) and a Twin bed with Trundle (two beds). On either side of the basement living room are two bedrooms one hosting a Queen sized bed and the other a Double bed.

Situated above the second two car garage, The Bungalow is home to two bedrooms, a cozy living room, kitchenette, and bathroom. Appointed with bright colors and thoughtful décor, the first bedroom is equipped with a Queen sized bed while the second bedroom features two Twin beds.

Outdoors, the home is surrounded by beautiful aspen and pine trees. You’ll find plenty of parking for the whole gang between the driveway and two- two car garages. This home is in Fraser; the perfect launching point for your next adventure of skiing, hiking, mountain biking, whitewater rafting, golf and experiencing Rocky Mountain National Park.
