Soaring vaulted ceilings and a two-story window wall frame the living room of this 3 bedroom plus den, 3.5 bathroom mountain home featuring a large sofa set in front of a fireplace and wall-mounted television. Seating for 8 guests is provided around the dining table that sits off of the living room and access to the back deck equipped with a barbecue grill and private hot tub is through glass doors in the living room. Appointed with stainless steel appliance and granite countertops, the gourmet kitchen is open to the living room and includes breakfast bar seating for 3 guests.

Overlooking the living area is a spacious loft outfitted with high-top seating and a pool table. Off of the loft is a den equipped with a desk that converts into a Queen Murphy bed that pulls down from the wall. 

Furnished with a King bed, the primary bedroom includes a private deck with access to the hot tub and a private bathroom with a dual-sink vanity, soaking tub and walk-in shower. Two guest bedrooms enjoy private bathrooms, one is outfitted with a King bed while the other offers two Twin beds.

Just outside of the entrance to the Northstar California Resort and minutes from downtown Truckee sits the golf and cross-country skiing community of Old Greenwood. Guests staying in Old Greenwood enjoy free shuttle service to the ski slopes, access to the Jack Nicklaus designed golf course that offers cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails in the winter, and the amenities of the central clubhouse with an outdoor swimming pool, hot tubs, and the fitness and spa facilities.
