With high ceilings and enormous Sierra Pacific windows, the living room is drenched in sunlight creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. A lush sofa and loveseat are centered on a large fireplace and a massive flat screen television, while a striking wet bar with a slab counter and wine fridge sits off to the side. Beautiful glass doors from the living room lead to this home’s incredible heated outdoor patio, a space you and your guests will find yourselves falling in love with. It features a cozy fire pit, a 42’ Viking BBQ grill, a large table for alfresco dining and a unique built-in private hot tub, all nestled between the trees under an alpine sky. Back inside, the stunning gourmet kitchen is open for entertaining and boasts high-end appliances along with anything the chef in the group could possibly need. There is a breakfast bar with four seats and a lovely neighboring dining table which can seat up to six guests. As an added spot to relax while waiting for meals or anytime, a beautiful custom fireplace with two leather chairs and a wall-mounted flat screen television sits on one side of this amazing kitchen. On the lowest level of Old Town Masterpiece Residence, a multi-purpose space can be utilized as a family room, den or nanny quarters depending on your specific needs. It offers a private entrance along with comfortable seating, a massive flat screen television and a cozy fireplace. There are a few fitness machines in the space as well as a kitchenette featuring a full sized refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker and a sink. Guests of this sprawling residence can also enjoy the use of an elevator, a surround sound system and a whole house security system throughout their stay.

Four spacious bedrooms plus the bonus room are all beautifully decorated and boast comfortable bedding for a good night’s rest. In the master bedroom, a gorgeous sleigh bed sits in front of a large armoire with a flat screen television, and next to a custom double-sided fireplace. On the other side of the fireplace, a jetted tub in the master bathroom creates a luxurious oasis along with beautiful cabinetry, dual sinks and a steam shower. Bedroom two offers a wooden lodge feel with a plush bed and a private bathroom boasting a shower/bathtub combination. Guest rooms three and four offer lovely furnishings along with private spa-like bathrooms. The lower bonus space features a comfortable bed to be used as a fifth bedroom if desired.
