Ontario Adventures Lodge offers both sides of a duplex, combined to form a 6 bedroom private vacation home with 5 bathrooms, that comfortably accommodates large groups within its 3,160 square feet of living space. With 3 bedrooms in each side, both featuring a refined elegance with quality furnishings, upscale kitchens, captivating views of the Home Run ski trail and Old Town Park City, and sharing a private hot tub, your Park City vacation will be enjoyed in comfort and style as you explore all of the fun right outside of the door.
UNIT A:
Enter into the cozy living area offering comfortable furnishings centered on a flatscreen television and raised a few stairs above the adjacent dining area and kitchen. Boasting stainless steel appliances, polished stone countertops, and a breakfast bar seating 4 guests, the gourmet kitchen overlooks the dining table which seats 4 and sits next to a gas fireplace and access to the deck with a barbecue grill.
Three bedrooms are located on the upper level, including the primary suite equipped with a King bed, flatscreen television, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a deep soaking tub. Also furnished with a King bed, the second bedroom shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with the third bedroom that offers two sets of Double-over-Double bunk beds. A third bath has a walk-in shower.
UNIT B:
Featuring an open layout, the entry level includes a living room with a wood-burning fireplace, dining area with seating for 6 guests, and a gourmet kitchen that includes a six-burner Viking gas range, high-end appliances, and a breakfast bar with seating for 3 guests. There is access to the deck with a barbecue grill through a glass door in the dining area as well as a full bathroom on this level.
Two bedrooms on the main level share a hall bathroom, one is furnished with a King bed while the other offers a Queen bed. Occupying the upper level is an expansive bedroom outfitted with a King bed, a Twin day bed with a Twin Trundle bed that pulls out from underneath, and a Queen Sleeper Sofa. The hot tub is located on the Unit B deck.
Reserved parking is available for two cars in the driveway (one space can only accommodate a smaller size vehicle). Street parking is permitted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Paid parking is available in the China Garage (located a short walk down Shorty’s Stairs). Each home has a separate entrance; the units are not connected internally. Access to the Unit B entrance is via a flight of exterior stairs. For access to the slopes, walk 4 minutes to the Town Lift shuttle pick-up, 10 minutes to the Town Lift, or drive mere minutes to the Park City base. Located next to the stairs leading to Main Street, you can walk to the heart of Old Town Park City in about 5 minutes.
