In the nearby kitchen, you’ll find all the culinary must-haves, including a large stone island with a sink, gorgeous countertops and a rich, masculine-feel. An adjacent dining area boasts a table large enough to accommodate your family or friends, for a large meal or a fun-filled game night. Head outside to one of several decks off the main level for fresh alpine air, stunning scenery and a gas grill.

Step down to the lower level to find a well-equipped family room providing the ideal space to congregate after a day on the slopes. Offering quality furnishings including a plush leather sofa with two side chairs centered on a cozy fireplace and an enormous flat screen television, the family room also boasts an extensive built-in wet bar with a mini fridge, dining nook, and a shuffleboard table. Four well-appointed bedrooms are spread throughout Overlook Residence, providing guests with a restful sleep throughout your stay. Perched on the upper level, the master suite offers a King bed, a terrace and a private bathroom with a soaking tub and a steam shower. Located on the lower level, the guest master is furnished with a King bed and includes a private bathroom. The two remaining bathrooms on the lower level share a full bathroom, each of these bedrooms is outfitted with a Queen-over-Queen bunk bed.
