This spacious getaway offers four bedrooms plus a loft with five bathrooms and a layout that provides an added level of privacy to accommodate up to 14 guests. Spacious and inviting, the great room is broken down into two comfortable living rooms. The first boasts a large leather sofa and a side chair focused on a gas fireplace and an enormous flat screen television, while the second shares the back side of the fireplace, and features a large oversized sectional sofa. A generous open kitchen sits between both areas, offering high-end stainless appliances, ample counter space and everything a chef could dream of. There are four spaces at the breakfast bar, plus a neighboring dining area with a trestle table that can accommodate up to eight guests. An additional table for four sits at the other end of the living area to seat any extra guests. Several sets of glass doors lead to the sensational outdoor space, which is conveniently covered from the elements. This generous deck features a gas grill, a cozy seating area, a fire pit and lovely resort views. On the lower level, you’ll find several areas designed for endless entertainment. A spacious family room offers a leather sofa with a massive flat screen television, a pool table, an Xbox 360 gaming console and a game table. There’s also a work space and another enormous flat screen television to add to the fun. Adjacent to the family room, a fitness center is stocked with cardio machines, free weights, a bench and another flat screen television. For even more relaxation, a private hot tub sits on the east side of the home to sooth tired muscles at the end of an exhilarating day.

Park City Ascent Residence features four stylish bedrooms plus a large lofted sleeping area spread over three levels of the home. Perched on the upper level, the master suite boasts a television and a private terrace, with a private bathroom offering a soothing jetted tub and an oversized glass shower. Bedrooms two and three also sit upstairs, boasting lavish furnishings with a shared Jack and Jill bathroom. A spiral staircase from the upper level leads to a large loft area furnished with multiple beds plus a charming bathroom with a shower. Located on the lower level, the fourth bedroom has an adjacent kitchenette and bathroom that it shares with the family room. If any added lodging is needed, a sleeper sofa in the family room can accommodate two guests.
