Just a five minute stroll to the heart of downtown Park City and a quick ride to the base of the Deer Valley Resort slopes sits the Park City Chateau where groups of up to 10 guests will find comfort and convenience in this luxuriously appointed residence Offering 3 bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms spread over multiple levels, this duplex vacation home features quality furnishings and finishes throughout the over 2,980 square feet of living space.

Expansive and open, the main living area sits up two half levels from the entry level. Framed by windows, this bright space includes a comfortably furnished sitting area with a flatscreen television and gas fireplace, adjacent dining table with bench and chair seating, a pool table just off of the sitting area, and access to a deck gazing out upon downtown Park City. Up a half level is the modern kitchen offering a breakfast bar with seating for 5, upscale appliances, and access to another deck where you will find a barbecue grill and the private hot tub set under a vaulted roofline.

Three bedrooms are spread over the multiple levels of the home providing an added sense of privacy. Situated a half level up from the entry, a large guest bedroom equipped with a Twin bunk bed, Queen bed, a convertible sofa bed set in front of a flatscreen television, and a private bathroom is ideal for the kids. The primary bedrooms is located a half level up from the kitchen and offers a King bed, gas fireplace, and private bathroom outfitted with a jetted tub and walk-in shower. Another bedroom furnished with a King bed is a half level up and includes a private bathroom with a combination shower/tub.
