There are 2 bedrooms on the lower level connected by a jack and jill style bathroom. The first bedroom has a Queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has a Captain's bunk bed (Twin over Full) with an additional Twin Trundle that pulls out from under the bunk. There is an additional full bathroom on this level along with a washer and dryer. This residence has an oversized 1 car heated garage and parking in the driveway for 2 additional vehicles.
