Parley’s Estate is a sprawling private vacation home surrounded by nature on five private acres just 10 minutes from Park City. Up to 18 guests can sleep comfortably in this six bedroom, five bathroom alpine retreat which sits in close proximity to both Park City and Salt Lake’s ski resorts and just minutes from Kimball Junction’s dining and shopping. Elegant furnishings and high end finishes, along with an array of vacation amenities make this an excellent choice for your Utah ski vacation.

Floor-to ceiling windows drench the living room with sunshine and showcase panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and valley. Several couches and chairs are centered on a cozy fireplace and a large flat screen television with DVD. The chef in the group will fall in love with the home’s gourmet kitchen which boasts top-of-the-line appliances ideal for entertaining including two ovens, two dishwashers and a large six-burner stovetop. To enjoy your culinary creations, there is a breakfast bar with four high-top stools as well as a formal dining room off to side, featuring a table large enough to accommodate 10 guests with a lovely view.

Outside the main floor living area, a large wrap around deck offers outdoor seating for enjoying an apres ski beverage while taking in the scenery, along with a gas grill. After hitting the slopes all day, the lower level family room offers the perfect spot to relax and have some fun. It boasts a plush sectional sofa, a gas fireplace and a large flat screen television, along with a pool table and a fully equipped wet bar with four stools. Just outside this space, there is a relaxing private hot tub with views of a beautiful water feature, the mountains and perhaps some local wildlife. A full sized laundry room also sits on the lower level adding to the convenience of this amazing home.

On the main level, an elegant master suite boasts a flat screen television and its own private deck along with a two-sided gas fireplace. Luxurious in every way, the master bathroom shares a view of the fireplace and offers dual sinks, a steam shower, a full sized washer and dryer, and a jetted tub with a spectacular view. Also on the main floor, a guest room geared for the younger set offers access to a full hallway bathroom. The remaining four bedrooms are located on Parley’s Estate’s lower level. One guest master offers a gas fireplace and private outdoor space while all are beautifully decorated with plush bedding and elegant furnishings.
