An inviting living room boasts several sofas, a flat screen television and a gas fireplace, while a cozy den area is comfortably furnished and features a wood-burning fireplace. Open and bright with tons of natural light, the gourmet kitchen is appointed with granite countertops, high-end appliances and a cozy breakfast bar with three stools. Enjoy warmth from the gas fireplace, which also heats the living room and adjacent dining area with seating for ten guests.

Your crew will adore the lower level living spaces which are perfect for entertaining. A spacious recreation room features a plush sectional sofa with a large flat screen television, while a nearby pool table sits next to a cute high-top pub table. Guests hanging out in these spaces will love to have use of a second kitchen that is ideal for grabbing breakfast before the slopes or a yummy nighttime snack. Another popular spot to congregate is the private hot tub, which overlooks the town of Breckenridge and offers the perfect place to relax and unwind. Peak 8 Estate also includes a fully equipped laundry room along with a gear area outfitted with benches, cubbies and cabinets.

Six well-appointed bedrooms are spread across all three levels of this spectacular rental home. Situated on the main floor, the primary bedroom is appointed with a King bed, flat screen television and a walk-in closet with a stackable washer and dryer. Pamper yourself in the luxurious private bathroom which offers a jetted tub and walk-in shower. Two bunk rooms share a bathroom on the upper level, one is equipped with a Queen over Queen bunk while the other offers two sets of Queen over Queen bunk beds. Another upper level bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and includes a private bathroom. Two lower bedrooms are outfitted with King beds, one offers a private bathroom while the other includes a bonus Queen sleeper sofa and shares a full bathroom with the family room and features a large steam shower. For additional lodging, there is a sleeper sofa in the family room.
