Ideally designed for entertaining, the main level of Peak Ten Escape boasts an open layout that includes a living area, full kitchen, and dining area. Light and bright, the living room offers comfortable furnishings set in front of a gas fireplace and flat screen television. Just off of the living room is a fully equipped kitchen with a large breakfast bar seating 6 and an adjacent dining area with seating for 10. Step out onto the large deck for grilling and to relax the muscles in the large outdoor hot tub. On the lower level, the family room offers a second sitting area with a flat screen television and access to the back patio and deck.

Four bedrooms are distributed over the three levels of the residence providing bedding for up to 12 guests. Three bedrooms are located on the upper level including the master suite that has a King bed and private bathroom with a jetted tub and stall shower. Another upper level bedroom is furnished with a King bed and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom that is equipped with a Queen bed plus a Twin Bunk bed. Located on the lower level, the fourth bedroom offers a Queen bed and shares a bathroom with the family room that has a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements.
