Framed by a wall of windows, the living room is outfitted with a large blue velvet sectional, two swivel side chairs, a two-sided gas fireplace, Sonos system, and a flatscreen television.

Adjacent to the living room, the contemporary kitchen is equipped with white cabinets and a herringbone backsplash, a six-burner stove, coffee maker, blender, crockpot, built-in microwave, refrigerator, double oven, dishwasher, and trash compactor. A large four-seat island with a beautiful waterfall countertop makes for a great gathering spot in the center of the room. The dining area sits off the kitchen and includes a reclaimed wood accent wall and a large table with seating for 10. A spacious deck is accessed through the front door and offers a barbecue grill and a large table for six with views of the Telluride Ski Resort's slopes.

Up the open modern staircase are two bedrooms. The master suite has a King bed, vaulted ceilings, a large walk-in closet, flatscreen television, Sonos sound system, and an amazing deck with views of the ski slopes. The ensuite bathroom includes a sleek double vanity and a step-in steam shower with a glass enclosure. Down the hall, the second bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed, flatscreen television, Sonos sound system, walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a step-in shower with a glass enclosure. There is a stacked washer/dryer in the hallway on this level.

Two guest bedrooms are located on the lower level. Equipped with a Queen bed, one of the lower level bedrooms also features a Sonos sound system and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a step-in shower with a glass enclosure. The final bedrooms is outfitted with two Twin beds with pull-out Twin trundles, several beanbag chairs, a flatscreen television, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination, double vanity, and plenty of storage.

Pearl on Pac Street Residence is located just three blocks from the gondola and skiing and less than a five-minute walk from Main Street and all of the shopping, bars and restaurants. If needed, the Galloping Goose, a bus service that runs consistently throughout Telluride, is also available.
