Perfect for entertaining, the townhome’s main level features a large great room where guests can relax on the cozy sectional sofa in the living room and watch the gondola head through the trees or the big game on the large television. Directly behind, an open concept kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, beautiful wood cabinetry and a breakfast bar with seating for four guests. Set in a nook of windows, a lovely dining room table seats up to eight people and features a large glass door leading to the deck boasting outdoor seating and a gas grill. After an exciting day making turns on the mountain or exploring all that Summit County has to offer, a lower level outdoor patio features a private hot tub set among the trees to unwind and recharge for the next day’s adventures.

Four elegantly appointed guest rooms are spread throughout Pick of the Patch’s three spacious levels. On the upper level, a master suite with a Victorian feel boasts a private gas fireplace, flat screen television and a private bathroom offering a jetted tub, walk-in shower and dual sinks. A guest master on the lower level also offers a gas fireplace, flat screen television, private bathroom and access to the lower level patio. Two additional bedrooms are located on the lower level and share a bathroom with a shower/tub combination and dual sinks.

Hitting the slopes is a breeze from the Pick of the Patch townhome as it is just steps from the Shock Hill gondola station. Guests can hop on the gondola for a short ride to Peak 7, Peak 8 or ride it all the way to town to experience the restaurants, shops and galleries of Main Street in Breckenridge. This quality townhome also offers two garage spaces and two outdoor spaces for a total of four parked vehicles on the property.
