Pine View Haus sits in a quiet neighborhood just 10 minutes from the slopes, along with the restaurants, shops and nightlife of downtown Breckenridge. Offering four bedrooms plus additional bedding in the family room and two full bathrooms, this private vacation home is nicely equipped to accommodate up to 10 guests in its 2,600 square foot design.

With high ceilings, tons of natural light and a cheery paint color, the living room is inviting and bright and offers plentiful comfortable seating along with a wood burning fireplace and forested views. Off to the side, the wood adorned kitchen is fully equipped with all the culinary essentials and includes a small breakfast bar with two stools. In the adjacent dining area, a large table can seat up to eight guests and sits next to a window showcasing more of the scenic woods. On the lower level, your family or group of friends can spread out and enjoy the spacious family room which boasts a plush sectional sofa centered on a large television and a wood burning fireplace set off to the side. A door in the family room provides access to the roomy back deck which features a picnic table for alfresco dining or an apres ski beverage, and lovely wooded views.

On the upper level, a master suite offers a private gas fireplace, a large flat screen television/DVD and a small desk. Pamper yourself in the private master bathroom which boasts a deep soaking tub and separate shower, along with dual vanities. Bedrooms two and three are both located on Pine View Haus’ main level while the fourth bedroom sits on the lower level. For added lodging, there is supplementary bedding located in the family room which can easily and comfortably accommodate additional guests.
