Comprised of 4 bedrooms with 4.5 bathrooms, this expansive townhome rental is ideally equipped to accommodate up to 9 guests who will enjoy all of the comforts of home while being within a short walk to all of the mountain adventures right outside the door. Set under vaulted ceilings with wood beam accents, the living room offers several plush sofas and chairs centered on a stone fireplace and framed by walls of windows. French doors lead to a large wrap-around deck with outdoor furnishings and a barbecue grill.

Ideally designed for entertaining, the living room flows into a dining area with seating for 8 and a gourmet kitchen with a breakfast bar seating 6 guests. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and custom cabinetry appoint the fully equipped kitchen. Located on the opposite end of the dining area from the living room is a spacious family room featuring a comfortable sitting area with a flatscreen television and a built-in desk workspace.

Four guest suites are spread over the multiple levels of the residence. Furnished with a King bed, the primary suite includes a private bathrooms with a jetted tub. One of the lower level guest bedrooms offers a King bed plus a Twin bed and a private bathroom. Two upper level guest bedrooms offer private bathrooms, one is equipped with a Queen bed while the other offers two Twin beds.

When not on the slopes or exploring the town, there’s a large outdoor hot tub for the community plus access to a complimentary shuttle for transport in and around Beaver Creek via Dial-A-Ride. Guests also have use of garage parking and a ski locker room while vacationing at this wonderful property.
