Offering lovely alpine views, the adjacent dining area features a round table that comfortably accommodates eight guests. Vacation nights call for entertainment, and the lower level family room is the ideal spot for fun. There’s a plush sectional sofa, a massive wall-mounted flat screen television and a pool table, along with a cozy pub table. Guests also love the private relaxing hot tub, covered from the elements, yet out in the fresh, mountain air.

Four guest bedrooms plus a den offer a natural, ski lodge atmosphere and provide a restful night’s sleep for up to 14 vacationers. Located on the top level, the master bedroom boasts a walk-in closet and a television, with a luxurious private bathroom offering a two-person jetted tub, a separate shower and a dual vanity. Situated just off the kitchen, the third bedroom offers a television and a private bathroom, with bedroom four’s cozy decor, walk-in closet and bathroom just one level below. For parking, there’s an attached, one-car garage with additional off-street parking out front. The city bus stop is 250 yards away, plus a Deer Valley shuttle bus runs every 20 minutes, with pickup in front of the townhomes. Park City Mountain Resort is a little over two miles away, with Main Street’s restaurants, retail shops and nightlife only one mile from the property.
