Posada de Farellones, a rustically comfortable Swiss style ski lodge, is located at 7,800 feet above sea level in the quaint Village of Farellones situated within 10 minute shuttle ride of El Colorado-Farellones Ski Centers and La Parva Ski Center or 20 minutes by vehicle from the Valle Nevado Resort base area. Together this area comprises the “Three Valleys of the Andes” and represents the largest interconnected skiable acreage in South America boasting over 20,000 acres. La Posada has been characterized as delivering 4 star services and amenities in a charming hostile like environment.  Indeed its charming European wood and stone architecture combine with more modern amenities to create an extremely cozy and comfortable experience. The hotel’s warm lobby has a large fireplace and acts as a gathering place for watching satellite TV, playing board games, or playing Nintendo.  The hotel has a fine restaurant right on site, Los Condores,  serving  pastas (original Italian recipes), red meat, fish and seafood dishes, vegetarian dishes, and delicious  mountain recipes for dessert all complemented by a great selection of Chilean wine.  Half board breakfast and dinner are included with your stay. Hotel rooms can accommodate anywhere from 1 to 7 passengers with a variety of bedding possibilities. All rooms are equipped with a private bath, TV, telephone, a safe, and have central heating.
