Upon entering Positive Outlook Residence you encounter a small set of stairs to the left leads to the spacious Master Suite. This spacious bedroom is furnished with a king size bed facing a gas fireplace, flat screen television, and the incredible Mount Wilson vista. Adjacent to the master is an ample walk in cedar closet that leads to the spacious master bathroom comprised of dual vanity sinks, a glass shower, and a jetted soaking tub with continued views of Mount Wilson.

One level below the Master Suite contains the Great Room, two guest rooms, a powder room, and a home office. The Great Room features a large living area set under vaulted ceilings and adorned with large wood beam detail. Luxurious furnishings surround a gas fireplace and enjoy remarkable views of the Mountain Village scenery. Designed for entertaining, the living space includes a Sonos sound system, stand alone speakers, and a wet bar. Located on either end of the living room are glass doors, one set leads to a spacious outdoor stone patio with a dining table, gas grill, and a private hot tub. The other set of glass doors leads to an open balcony directed towards sunset overlooks. At another end of the living area is a gourmet kitchen and a breakfast nook with seating for eight. Nearby is the dining room with mountain views and seating for 12 guests.

This level also includes two large guest suites, each with their own en suite bathrooms. Each suite contains a queen bed, the first of which also has a flat screen television, velvet settee and rounded glass shower in the adjacent bath. The second suite contains an additional couch looking onto the main patio area and a large bathroom with a claw foot tub. Other features on this level include the powder room and home office.

The lower level of Positive Outlook Residence is comprised of two additional bedrooms plus an apartment that includes a third bedroom. The charming first guest suite has two twin size beds and accompanying trundles underneath with an attached en suite bathroom and full shower. Down the hall is a lovely Queen Guest Suite with a full size desk and leather armchair as well as French doors that provide additional access to the lower deck. Attached to these rooms is a den with large sofas providing comfortable seating in front of a flat screen television and full bar. Off the den is access to skiing through a mud room, containing boot heaters and a ski closet that is also accessible from the outside of the home. Removing your boots after a cold day on the mountain is made is even better after continuing through the hallway towards the spacious steam room and full bath with shower located in the apartment at the back.

Ideal for couples or the nanny, the apartment is equipped with a full kitchen, breakfast bar for two, a sitting area, and a queen size bed that faces a flat screen television. French doors off the apartment lead towards the deck on the lower level. A bonus loft offers a space that is perfect for kids, featuring an open air bedroom with two twin size beds and accompanying trundles, a flat screen television, and a variety of toys for the enjoyment of the little ones. A sitting room attached to the loft contains a sleeper sofa and a full bath and shower.
