Ideal for entertaining, the adjacent kitchen is open and fully equipped with everything you’ll need to create home cooked meals or to serve your family or group some yummy take-out. There’s room for four at the breakfast bar, with a neighboring dining table large enough to seat up to eight guests. Sliding glass doors from the dining area and living room provide access an oversized deck, which boasts a gas grill, seating and a relaxing private hot tub. When not soaking your tired muscles, or gazing at the stunning mountain views, the lower level family room offers another entertaining spot to gather and hang out. It boasts a plush sofa with two comfy chairs, focused on a massive flat screen television. A wet bar and a selection of board games add to the appeal of this cozy space. Two sets of full-sized washers and dryers allow guests to travel lighter and hit the slopes with clean, dry apparel.

Up to 18 guests can rest comfortably in this tri-level vacation home. Perched on the upper level, the spacious master bedroom offers a vaulted ceiling, a flat screen television and a cozy recliner, along with a private bathroom boasting a luxurious walk-in shower. Bedroom two sits on the main level, featuring a flat screen television and a private bathroom, while the third guest room, also on this level, shares a hallway bathroom with a shower/bathtub combination. Situated downstairs, bedrooms four and five share a hallway bathroom, and if any extra bedding is needed, there’s a plush sleeper sofa located in the family room.

When it’s time to head to the slopes or town, there is a complimentary shuttle stop just over a half of a mile away, with a short 3.4-mile drive to the heart of Breckenridge, and 3.7 miles to the BreckConnect Gondola. Powder Moose Villa’s driveway can accommodate two vehicles.
