Just off of the living room is a dining area with seating for 10 guests and a breakfast bar that provides seating for 3 more. The dining area flows into the gourmet kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops with an island that seats four, and a breakfast nook seating four. 

Five bedrooms are distributed throughout the residence providing quality bedding and accommodations for up to 12 guests. Furnished with a King bed, the primary suite boasts a private bathroom with a dual-sink vanity, jetted tub, and steam shower. Two of the guest bedrooms are outfitted with King beds, one offers a Queen bed, and the group bedroom has four Twin beds.
