Set under vaulted ceilings and framed by massive windows, the main level living room is a warm and inviting space for relaxing on the designer furnishings in front of the stone fireplace. Off of the living room, the dining area offers seating for eight and an adjacent kitchen features granite countertops and upscale appliances. Also located on this level, guests will find a den with a sitting area and flat screen television that overlooks the hot tub as well as a ski room with boot dryers and hot tub access. Designed for entertaining, the lower level family room has a large screen television with comfortable seating, a game table and wet bar, and a wine-tasting room.

Prospect Lodge's six bedrooms are spacious and well equipped to comfortably accommodate multiple families or large groups of friends. Sitting on the top level is an expansive primary suite furnished with a King bed that includes a private bathroom with a jetted tub and steam shower. Two guest bedrooms share a bathroom on this level as well, one has a King bed while the other offers a Queen bed plus a loft with Two Twin beds. Three bedrooms are on the main level including a guest primary equipped with a King bed and private bathroom with steam shower, a guest bedroom with a Full bed that shares a hallway bathroom with a bedroom featuring a Queen bed plus a small loft with Two Twin beds. Additional rooms include a cozy den as well as a family room with a wet bar, fireplace, sitting area, and a Twin bunk bed with a Twin Trundle bed that pulls out from underneath.
