Appointed with several sofas and comfortable chairs, the living room of this 5 bedroom vacation home with 5.5 bathrooms is arranged in front of a fireplace and television then stretches into a window-framed alcove. This space flows into the dining area with seating for 8 guests that sits adjacent to the well-equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and a convenient breakfast nook with seating for 6 guests. Glass doors lead to the sizable deck with a private hot tub, barbecue grill, and outdoor furniture.

Step down to the lower level family room complete with a large flat-screen television, a foosball table, a wet bar with barstools for six, and a game table with seating for seven. Other amenities include A/C in summer, washer and dryer, driveway parking for up to three cars, a front patio with a sitting area for two, and a substantial entryway with plenty of storage for boots and coats.

Furnished with a King bed, the primary bedrooms is located on the second level and includes a private bathroom equipped with a dual-sink vanity and combination jetted tub/shower. Two guest bedrooms on the second level share a bathroom, one offers a King bed while the other has a Queen bed. Sharing a bathroom with the living area, the main level bedroom is appointed with a Queen bed. Perched on the top level is a lofted bedroom outfitted with a Queen bed plus three Twin beds and includes a private bathroom.

Prospector Place Residence sits within a short drive of Main Street, as well as the slopes of the Park City Mountain Resort and the Deer Valley Resort. Steps away is the complimentary shuttle system for easy transport anywhere in the area. By foot, the shops and restaurants of the Prospector Square are easily accessible.
