For even more space to unwind and entertain, a lower level family room offers ample seating, a fireplace, and a cozy kitchenette with a table for eating or playing games. Along with the side deck/gazebo area, Prospector Residence also boasts a roomy outdoor space consisting of a back deck with a private hot tub and a large backyard.

Five well-appointed guest bedrooms ensure a good night’s rest while you and your guests explore everything Park City has to offer. A generous-sized master features a gas fireplace, large closet, deck access and a private bathroom. Bedroom two boasts charming lodgepole decor and a private bathroom, while the third bedroom features a wall-mounted flat screen television, a plush bed and an adjacent bathroom. Rustic furnishings create a lodge feel in bedroom four, and the fifth guest room was decorated with a forested animals theme for the youngest vacationers.

Prospector Residence sits within a short drive of Main Street, as well as the slopes of the Park City Mountain Resort as well as the Deer Valley Resort. Guests can also hop on the complimentary shuttle system which stops nearby for easy transport anywhere in the area. By foot, the shops and restaurants of the Prospector area are easily accessible and are some of the best in Park City.
