A unique breakfast nook utilizes ski lift chairs that used to hang from Steamboats' very own Burgess Creek lift.

Located on the ground floor, the family room is where the real fun starts! This fun space is outfitted with a multi-game arcade machine and a Milwaukee Bucks-themed basketball hoop plus a comfortable seating area with a Sonos sound system and smart TV. There is also a wet bar with plenty of seating for everyone in front of the gas fireplace. This home may be entertaining on the inside, but it also boasts an incredible outdoor space with majestic views of the Steamboat Ski area. Some of the great perks you will find include a firepit, a grilling station with a gas grill, comfortable seating, and another Sonos sound system.

A half level up from the living room is the primary bedroom offering a King bed, private balcony, and private bathroom with a dual-sink vanity and walk-in shower. Also on this level is an office space that doubles as an extra sleeping area with a Queen Murphy bed. Two upper level bedrooms are furnished with King beds, one includes a private bathroom while the other has an attached bathroom also accessed by the loft space. Furnished with a unique Bunk bed that has a Queen bed on the bottom and two Twin beds on top, the lower bedroom shares a bathroom, located right outside of the bedroom door, with the family room.

Additional amenities include a mud room with plenty of room for gear, a laundry room with full washer and dryer, and a two car garage. Wildhorse Neighborhood Amenities are located just a short walk away in the Trailhead Lodge, including an outdoor heated swimming pool, three hot tubs, fitness center, game room, an outdoor fire-pit, a Bar-B-Que area, a deluxe boot-drying facility, ski valet services, and access to the Wildhorse Gondola which takes you from the property up to Gondola Square.
