Ideally designed for entertaining, this 5 bedroom vacation home with 5.5 bathrooms is divided into three levels that include a lower level media room, main level Great Room, and the uppermost level dedicated to the sleeping areas. Comfortably accommodating up to 11 guests, Range Retreat features quality furnishings, fine finishes, and preferred vacation amenities.

Occupying the main level is an expansive great room that includes a living room, den, kitchen, and dining area with access to the massive covered deck equipped with a picnic-style table, barbecue grill, Adirondack chairs, gas fireplace, and private hot tub. Inside, the living room offers a large sofa centered on a gas fireplace and flatscreen television with a cozy den sitting area separated from the living room by a unique shelving wall. Just off the living room is a large dining table seating 10 guests, a breakfast bar in the adjacent kitchen that seats 7, and a contemporary kitchen with polished stone countertops and high-end appliances including a 6-burner gas stovetop.

Head downstairs to catch the big game or for movie night in the media room boasting a large screen and comfortable pit sofa. Also on this level is a ski prep area with cubbies and lockers, full bathroom, and access to the two car garage. Step outside to stroll over to the Trailhead Lodge right next door where you can enjoy the outdoor heated pool, hot tubs, fitness facilities, game room, and catch the Wildhorse Gondola to the Steamboat Base Village and ski slopes.

All five of the bedrooms are located on the top level of the residence, providing bedding for up to 11 guests. Furnished with a King bed, the primary bedroom includes a private deck and a private bathroom with a large soaking tub and walk-in shower. Three of the guest bedrooms are outfitted with Queen beds, one has an attached bathroom, and the fifth bedroom offers a Captain's Bunk with a twin on top, Double on the bottom, and Twin Trundle that pulls out from under the Double bed. Another full bathroom on the top level is shared by the guest bedrooms.
