This beautifully appointed, ultra-modern townhome has 1,764 square feet of living space on two levels and lots of large windows to marvel at the magnificent mountain views from this vacation rental.

The main level entry has a large area for all your outdoor wear and a small powder room before you enter in the spacious living quarters.

A spacious living room is south facing for spectacular sunsets, access to the private deck with BBQ grill, space to relax and the private hot tub. All the modern furnishing accent the gas fireplace and flat screen TV in this area which is open to the dining area with large table and next to the gourmet kitchen. In the kitchen dark wood cabinets accent the lighter colored walls, stainless steel appliances and large island with breakfast bar or spot to quickly check the internet using the free Wi-Fi. A large dining table is next to the large windows offers a wonderful view.

Off the main living room, the master suite offers a King bed, flat screen TV and large bathroom complete with tiled shower enclosure and vanity area with dual sinks and mirrors.

On the lower level, a second living space has a cozy area to watch TV or relax on the sofa. This level also includes the laundry room and two more bedrooms.

The second bedroom has a four-poster bed frame for the queen bed and en-suite bathroom with single vanity and shower. The third bedroom has two double beds and flat screen TV – great option for anyone that wants a bed bigger than the traditional twin for a good night’s sleep.

You will find that you can easily access trails for hiking and biking right in the neighborhood directly from this vacation rental. The developers of Rendezvous used an existing trail system and enhanced it with signage for vacationers and full-time residents of the neighborhood.
