Designed for entertaining, your group of up to 17 guests will appreciate the modern amenities, expansive Yampa Valley and Gondola views, and convenient location to the ski runs. Enter in the third level where you will find an inviting gathering place for the entire group to relax and unwind. Comfortable furnishings are arranged in front of a gas fireplace and adjacent television with two oversized sliding doors exposing the breathtaking mountain scenery. Chefs in the group will appreciate the gourmet kitchen with upscale appliances, breakfast bar seating for three, and dining area with bench seating.

Head up to the fourth floor to relax and entertain in the family room featuring an oversized plush sofa in front of an 85” television along with a pool table. The upper level also has a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a Twin sized rollaway bed to maximize occupancy. Another living area is located on the lower level, offering a table with seating for four, a mounted television, a wet bar with beverage fridge and Keurig coffee maker, and a set of in-home laundry.

At one end of the hall on the second floor, the primary bedroom awaits with a King bed, sitting area with gas fireplace, private balcony with Valley views, spacious walk-in closet, and luxurious ensuite bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower, bathtub, and dual vanities. On the other end, a King bedroom offers a private balcony and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a single sink vanity. In-home laundry can be found in the hallway of the 2nd level. 

Three guest bedrooms are located on the lower level of the residence. On the front end, a Queen bedroom offers balcony access and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and single sink vanity. In the center, a Queen bedroom offers a private balcony and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a single sink vanity. Further down the hallway, a bunk room awaits with two sets of custom built-in Queen over Queen bunks – perfect for children! This bedroom has a spacious layout and has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and single sink vanity. Each bedroom is furnished with comfortable bed linens and a television.

Enjoy complimentary use of the private shuttle service (for ski season reservations only) for a ride anywhere on the mountain or downtown areas.
