Retreat at Bear Hollow combines two neighboring 4 bedroom townhomes into an 8 bedroom vacation rental with 6.5 bathrooms accommodating up to 20 guests. One of the vacation rentals features attractive, modern decor and furnishings with a large sectional couch surrounding a flatscreen television and gas fireplace in the living room. Perched above the living area, the kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, all of the pots, pans, and utensils needed to prepare tasty meals, and a dining table with seating for 6 guests with 3 stools at the breakfast bar. The sun-filled back deck includes a barbecue grill and a comfortable outdoor seating area. 

Upstairs, the primary bedroom is equipped with a King bed, desk, private balcony, and includes an ensuite bathroom with a large soaking tub and walk-in shower encased in pristine tile work. The second bedroom is furnished with a Twin over Queen bunk bed while the third bedroom offers a Queen bed. These two bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination. Located on the lower level, the fourth bedroom has a Queen bed and an ensuite bathroom.

The second residence is also fully equipped with all of the comforts of home. The living room features a comfortable sectional couch, armchair, and flatscreen television. Set above the living room is a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a dining table seating up to 6 while there are additional breakfast bar seats for 2 more. Outside of the kitchen, you'll find the private hot tub and outdoor seating area.

Set on the third level, the primary bedroom is outfitted with a King bed and a large ensuite master bathroom with a dual sink vanity, walk-in shower, and large soaking tub. Two additional bedrooms on this level share a full bathroom, one is equipped with a Twin bed while the other offers a Twin with a Twin trundle. One the lower level, the fourth bedroom has a Queen bed,  gas fireplace, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
