Forming the focal point of Retreat at Summerwood is a spacious and open great room featuring vaulted ceilings and massive windows exposing dramatic views of the Rocky Mountains. Designer furnishings centered on a stone fireplace and an entertainment system fill the living room, providing a comfortable space to relax and entertain. Access to the large deck boasting a gas grill and seating, as well as a wet bar are just off of the living room space. Located a half level up is a gourmet kitchen boasting granite countertops, a breakfast bar, upscale appliances, and a dining nook for two, as well as the main dining area with seating for up to eight guests. Perhaps the most enjoyable room in this sprawling residence is the lower level family room, featuring a comfy sitting area focused on a large screen television, as well as access to the patio where the relaxing private hot tub awaits. Adjacent to the family room sitting area, an array of fun games including a pool table that doubles as a ping-pong table, a foosball table, and a shuffle board table provide endless entertainment, while a full wet bar adds to the overall enjoyment of the area. Guests staying at Retreat at Summerwood also enjoy access to the neighborhood clubhouse with a summertime pool and tennis courts, indoor hot tub, indoor racquet ball/basketball court, and fitness room.

Five well-appointed bedrooms are spread throughout the Retreat at Summerwood, three of which include private bathrooms and televisions. Equipped with a plush bed, the master suite is located off of the main entry and boasts some outstanding amenities including a sitting area, gas fireplace, private deck access, and a jetted tub plus a stall shower in the private bathroom. A half level down are two more guest bedrooms, boasting cozy bedding and furnishings. The two remaining bedrooms offer a variety of bedding and utilize a shared bathroom. Additional sleeping arrangements are provided by a sleeper sofa in the living room if necessary.
