Set on the main level, the great room is anchored by a cozy living room centered on a sleek gas fireplace with a large sectional focused on the fireplace and flatscreen television. Just off of the living area is a dining table seating 8 guests and access to the deck hosting the private hot tub. Four guests are accommodated at the adjacent breakfast bar which frames the modern kitchen boasting upscale appliances including a 6-burner gas stovetop.

Three bedrooms are located off of a cozy sitting area in the loft on the top level. Appointed with a King bed, the primary bedroom features a gas fireplace, sliding glass door (no deck), and a private bathroom with a dual-sink vanity, soaking tub and walk-in shower. Two guest bedrooms on the upper level also offer King beds and private bathrooms. Also on this level is the laundry with a full washer and dryer.

Ideal for the kids or singles in the group, the bunk bedroom on the lower level is equipped with a Twin over Queen bunk plus a Twin over Twin bunk with a Twin Trundle bed that pulls out from underneath. Attached to the bedroom is a full bathroom shared with the adjacent family room outfitted with a sofa, comfy chair, small game table, flatscreen television and wet bar with a wine fridge.

Your retreat is a 7-minute walk from the Sunrise chairlift, connecting you to the massive Park City Mountain ski slopes. You’ll also be within a short walk of shopping, dining, and activities in the Canyons Village base area with downtown Park City a 10-15 minute drive away.
