Ideally designed for large families or groups with couples and singles in the party, your group of up to 10 guests will appreciate the added level of privacy afforded by the multi-level layout. 

Set on the third level, the great room is anchored by a cozy living room centered on a sleek gas fireplace with a sofa and chairs focused on the fireplace and flatscreen television. Just off of the living area is a dining table seating 8 guests and access to the deck through sliding glass doors. Three guests are accommodated at the adjacent breakfast bar which frames the modern kitchen boasting upscale appliances including a 6-burner gas stovetop.

Furnished with a Queen bed, the main level guest bedroom sits off of the living space and shares an attached full bathroom. One level up on the top floor are two guest bedrooms, one is appointed with a Queen bed while the other has a King bed and gas fireplace, both include private bathrooms. There is also a desk area on the fourth floor outside of these bedrooms.

Floor two is home to another King bedroom with an attached bathroom as well as a gear prep area offering plenty of cubbies and hooks for storage, benches, and outdoor access where you can start the day with a short walk to the lift and end the day by skiing back to the complex when the snow coverage allows. The lowest level has a bedroom appointed with a King bed and a private bathroom

Additional amenities include a two car garage and a private hot tub. Your retreat is a 7-minute walk from the Sunrise chairlift, connecting you to the massive Park City Mountain ski slopes. You’ll also be within a short walk of shopping, dining, and activities in the Canyhons Village base area with downtown Park City a 10-15 minute drive away.
