Across the vast great room, an incredible gourmet kitchen is any chef’s dream boasting top-of-the-line professional appliances, a wine refrigerator and anything you could possibly to need to create masterful meals or snacks for the slopes. Enjoy ample counter space, tons of natural light and a large breakfast bar with seating for eight. In the neighboring dining area, a modern table features plenty of space for eight more guests with its unique upholstered bench seating, and large contemporary end chairs. There are two outdoor spaces on this level; one off the living room which features ample seating, an outdoor fireplace and exquisite views, the other just off the kitchen -boasting a soothing private hot tub complete with an upgraded jet package. Your crew will love to hang out in the downstairs family room, which also offers a modern vibe and is comprised of several spaces to congregate and have fun. Seven beautifully furnished bedrooms are spread across River Run Estate’s three generous levels, all designed with your comfort in mind. On the main level, the stunning master suite offers a comfortable bed, large television and access to the deck. Enjoy a spa-like feel in the private master bath, which boasts a large soaking tub, shower with a rain showerhead and dual sinks. Bedroom two also sits on this level and features a plush bed, a television and a private half bathroom. Perched on the upper level, the third and fourth bedrooms both offer cozy bedding, televisions and private bathrooms. A quaint upstairs loft provides an additional seating area with a television, a private balcony and a sleeper sofa to accommodate any added guests.
