The Riverbend Studio offers a cozy living space has been thoughtfully furnished to include a kitchen, breakfast bar, seating area, and sleeping area. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, flatware, and small appliances plus a quartz counter that doubles as a breakfast bar with 3 barstools and offers plenty of space to prepare meals. Set between the kitchen and bed is a love seat that doubles as a twin size pull out sofa sleeper.

Also in the living space is a 40 inch flat screen TV equipped with Roku so you can watch your favorite Netflix shows. Other amenities include wireless internet and a blue tooth speaker, a private deck with gas grill located off the kitchen, and a private washer and dryer in the closet at the top of the stairs.

The free Summit Stage Bus stop is also close by, and offers service throughout the county.
