Not only does this condo have amazing views of both Mt. Werner and Emerald Mountain, it also overlooks the Yampa River and is just steps from the Yampa Core Trail (the bike path that runs from the mountain to the west end of town).

Once you arrive, you will never want to leave. The second floor location and large deck with grill, high top table, and a number of comfortable chairs is the perfect place to relax and unwind. From coffee in the morning to a glass of wine at night, the sights and sounds of the Yampa River will never grow old. Even when you are sitting inside, the vaulted ceilings and huge picture windows create an expansive feel and bring the outdoors in. The living room and kitchen are open and allow you to prep your meals (every accessory you need provided) while never stopping to gaze up at the mountains. If a great game is on TV you won’t be disappointed. There’s plenty of seating space on the leather sofa and dual recliners, and you can watch all the action on the large 55 inch flat screen TV. The dining table seats 4 and there is room for 3 at the bar.

Both bedrooms have vaulted ceilings and ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bath with tub/shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunks. The second full bathroom is just outside in the hall with tub/shower. A full sized washer/dryer is also in the unit, making drying wet clothes a breeze. A large storage closet mid-way up the stairs has plenty of space for all the gear you bring.

Located on the west end of town, the condo is directly across from Excel Gymnastics and within walking distance of Big House Burgers and Little House Coffee. It’s also less than a mile from two of Steamboat’s newest breweries, How Ya Doin’ Pizza and Moe’s Original BBQ. Hop on the bike path right out the front door for a less than ten minute ride downtown to all of your favorite places. Grab an inner tube or bring your fishing gear. All you have to do is walk out the back door and you’re set!
