Forming the center point of the Great Room is a huge double-sided stone fireplace with plush sofas and armchairs on one side and the formal dining room with seating for 16 on the opposing side. Step out to the deck from the living space to find a collection of outdoor furnishings, heaters and a barbecue grill tucked into the forest.

Flowing from the dining room, the restaurant-worthy kitchen features a Thermador gas range, high-end appliances, polished stone countertops and a breakfast bar seating 3 guests. Cozy up in front of the gas fireplace or sit around the 6-person table in the breakfast nook to enjoy the morning's first light while sipping a cup of coffee or tea. 

Additional living spaces at Robber’s Roost include an amazing game room, complete with multiple arcade games, an air hockey table, a pub-like bar, and a full-size pool table. There’s also an office/library space for when you need to get a little work done, and a completely separate guest house with a living area and a kitchen, for those in your group who need a bit more personal space.

Furnished with a King bed, the primary suite includes two leather side chairs, a stone-front fireplace, and a large HDTV, all sitting underneath a gorgeous exposed wood beam vaulted ceiling. In the ensuite primary bathroom, your private spa awaits, complete with a soaking tub, gigantic glass-enclosed steam shower, and a double vanity sink. A few steps down from the back patio, where you can click into your gear and slide over to the Lower Sundance ski trail, sits a private hot tub awaiting your return after a day of adventure on the Telluride ski slopes.

Two guest suites are appointed with King beds and two offer Queen beds (one of which is located in the guest house), private balconies, HDTVs, and attached private bathrooms. The final bedroom suite is a bunk room outfitted with a Twin over Twin bunk bed and a Full over Full bunk bed, as well as an ensuite full bathroom with a step-in shower. Additional sleeping arrangements are provided by a Queen Murphy bed that pulls down from the wall in the game room
