Step out through glass doors in the living room to the sprawling back deck equipped with a barbecue grill and private hot tub. Off of the living room is a breakfast nook seating 5 guests, a kitchen bar accommodating 3 guests and the contemporary kitchen boasting granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

Located on the other side of the kitchen is a formal dining room with seating for 6 guests and a family room offering multiple sofas and chairs. Completing the main level is a half bathroom and access to the garage while the laundry facilities are located on the upper level. 

Furnished with a King bed, the primary bedroom includes a sitting area with a Queen Sleeper sofa and a private bathroom outfitted with a dual-sink vanity and walk-in shower. Appointed with two Queen beds and a gas fireplace, one of the guest bedrooms includes a private bathroom with a dual-sink vanity, soaking tub and walk-in shower. Another guest bedroom outfitted with a Queen bed enjoys a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Accessing a full bathroom in the hallway, the final bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed plus a Twin over Twin bunk bed. All bedrooms are located on the upper level of the residence.
