Joining the dining area and living room, the adjacent den is appointed with comfortable seating in front of a fireplace and television. Chefs in the group will appreciate the open kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and a large breakfast bar seating 4 guests.

Overlooking the living room is a loft space outfitted with a desk while on the lower level you will enjoy the game room equipped with a wet bar and pool table. Multiple outdoor living spaces provide year-round areas for entertaining with heated patios offering a built-in barbecue grilling and dining area, several tables and loungers, an outdoor fireplace, and two private hot tubs.

Six bedrooms are spread throughout the Main House, distributed over multiple levels. Spacious and set under vaulted ceilings, the primary bedroom offers a King bed, access to the balcony, and a private bathroom boasting a dual-sink vanity, soaking tub, and steam shower. Three guest bedrooms are outfitted with Queen beds, one of which includes a gas fireplace and private bathroom. The remaining bedrooms are furnished with two Twin beds in one and two bunks beds with a Twin over Full in the other.

Rocky Road Haus is the ideal lodging choice for multiple families who will find the Guest House perfect for families with kids. This space includes an impressive, two-story living room with a dining area and full kitchen. Furnished with a Queen bed, the primary bedroom enjoys direct access to the circular cedar hot tub on the raised patio. The second bedroom is appointed with a Full bed and four Twin beds are perched above the living room in the ladder-accessed loft. 

Seamlessly acclimate to the high altitude with the in-wall oxygen system, delivering fresh O2 to two hoses in the living room and two hoses in each of the Main House bedrooms. Dial-a-ride shuttle service makes getting around Mountain Village to enjoy the shops and restaurants, access the skier services and lifts, and find the Gondola accessing downtown Telluride ultimately convenient.
