Upon entering this 7 bedroom private vacation home with 5 bathrooms you encounter an expansive great room where the entire group can gather, relax, and entertain. Comfortable furnishings are focused on a gas fireplace, flatscreen television, and massive window in the spacious living room with an adjacent dining area providing seating for ten guests. Just off of the dining area is a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar seating two guests and access to the back deck which hosts a barbecue grill and private hot tub. Head down to the lower level family room to find a cozy sitting area with a flatscreen television and a Foosball table.

The seven bedrooms in Roxie's Retreat are spread over three levels and provide a variety of bedding to accommodate up to 16 guests. Three bedrooms are located on the upper level, including the master suite outfitted with a King bed, deck access, and a private bathroom with dual vanities, a jetted tub, and a walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms on this level share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, one has a King bed while the other offers a Queen and a Twin bed. Sharing a bathroom with the living space, the main level guest bedroom is furnished with a Twin bed. 

Three lower level bedrooms sit off of the family room. Featuring a private bathroom, one of the lower level bedrooms is equipped with a Twin bunk bed and a Queen bed. The other two bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom and offer a Queen bed in one and two Twin beds in the other.

• Aspen King: King bed, shared Jack-and-Jill style bath with dual vanity and shower/tub combo

Main Level

• Bluebell Twin Bedroom: Twin bed, desk & chair, ensuite bath with Main Level access

Lower Level

• Polar Bear Twin: Two twin beds, shared Jack-and-Jill style bath
• Black Bear Queen: Queen bed, shared Jack-and-Jill style bath
• Blue Sky Bunk: Twin bunk bed (2 twin beds) and queen bed, ensuite bath
