Relax on plush seating arranged in front of the fireplace and wall-mounted television or step outside and warm up around the front fire pit. With its desirable open concept layout, the great room unfolds to the dining area and kitchen with a loft above, wide plank wood floors, exposed beams, and rustic décor.

Chefs will appreciate the fully equipped kitchen with generous workspace, professional-grade appliances, custom cabinetry, double ovens, and two sinks. A large kitchen island with a decorative stone front and granite top adds bar seating for five while the adjacent dining table includes bench seating for eight. A grill and seating area on the back patio is perfect for happy hour in the summer months, with the comforting sounds of the river as background music.

Set off of the main living area, the family room can host movie and game nights or a provide a quiet place to get away and read. The back patio features a second fire pit with Adirondack chair seating or and a private hot tub for soothing the muscles after a day of outdoor adventure.

On the main floor is the primary King suite, with TV, patio access, and a beautiful private bathroom with dual sinks, jetted soaking tub, and glass walk-in shower, all surrounded by mountain views. Three upper level guest bedrooms have private bathrooms, one is furnished with a King bed while the other two offer Queen beds. An upstairs apartment provides more space with a King bedroom with an attached bathroom, a bedroom with two Twin beds and one Twin over Twin bunkbed, a TV, and an air hockey table the kids will love.

During your mountain retreat don't be surprised if you enjoy moose, deer, and other wildlife sightings from the deck. In addition to incredible mountain views and fishing within 25 feet of your doorstep, the Breckenridge ski slopes are a captivating 10 minute drive away. Endless National Park trails are within walking distance, creating a special getaway that is hard to find anywhere else. Getting to the ski slopes is made convenient with complimentary shuttle service available on a first-come, first-served basis, mid-November through mid-April, using a convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups.
