Three & Five Bedroom Layout:

Soaring two stories, the main level living room is an inviting space with quality furnishings, a large screen television, stone-framed fireplace, and a wall of windows gazing out upon the ski slopes on Bald Mountain. Hardwood flooring flows from the living room into the adjacent dining area with picnic style seating for ten and modern kitchen with additional seating for two at the breakfast bar plus a desk area. Access to the private hot tub and grill on the large deck is through glass doors in the dining area. 

Two Twin beds are offered in the main level guest bedroom that utilizes a hallway bathroom, this bedroom is off of the living room. Two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a cozy loft area with a Queen Sleeper Sofa overlooking the living room are on the upper level. Both upper level bedrooms are equipped with Queen beds, one features a private bathroom and a small deck while the other shares the hallway bathroom with the loft area. 

Two & Five Bedroom Layout:

In addition to the layout above, the five bedroom includes all of the two bedroom amenities located on the lower level that can be locked off and includes a private entrance. Providing all of the features of a two bedroom efficiency suite with two bathrooms, the lower level is centered on a living room with a large screen television and an alcove holding Two Twin Bunk beds. Off of the living room is a kitchenette offering a microwave, mini-dishwasher, and mini-fridge with a dining area seating up to eight that doubles as a game table. Two bedrooms are on this level, each is furnished with a Queen bed and offer private bathrooms. There is also a sauna on the lower level available to guests of the two or five bedroom layouts of Sage Road Duplex.
