From its serene perch on the outskirts of Telluride's Mountain Village your group of up to 16 are a mere three minute dial-a-ride shuttle away from all of the village attractions as well as the Telluride Resort ski slopes with downtown Telluride a ten minute drive away.

Framed by walls of glass exposing captivating mountain views, the expansive Great Room is set under cathedral ceilings and exposed beams with comfortable seating centered on a stone fireplace, flatscreen television, and a baby grand piano. This space flows into the adjacent dining area with seating for 10 and the gourmet kitchen. A peninsula bar with a dramatic glass waterfall finish offers additional bar stool seating. Chefs in the group will love the huge gas range set in a rustic stone hearth. The kitchen also includes an island, two sinks, granite countertops, a large refrigerator, a warming drawer, a drink drawer, a dishwasher, and a microwave.

On the lower level, a recreation room is filled to the brim with fun amenities including a reclining sectional sofa, theatre projector, and a virtual golf and multi-sport simulator. There is plenty of workout equipment including a stability chair, treadmill, elliptical trainer, TRX, and free weights. You’ll also have a sun-kissed outdoor terrace space with a hot tub, lounge space, an outdoor fireplace, and heat lamps.  

Each of the seven bedrooms offer a comfortable and private space where everyone can relax and recharge at the end of the day. The primary suite offers a luxurious King bed, cozy fireplace, and two private sun-kissed balconies that overlook the San Sophia Range and Mount Wilson. The ensuite bathroom boasts a jacuzzi tub, steam shower, double vanity, and breathtaking views of the mountains.

There are two suites on the main level with private balconies. One bedroom has a Queen bed, balcony, and attached full bathroom, while the other bedroom is outfitted with a fireplace, Queen bed, balcony, and ensuite bathroom. The fourth and fifth bedrooms are suites as well— with King beds, balconies, and private full bathrooms. The sixth bedroom is furnished with a Full bed, and the seventh bedroom is a bunk room equipped with two Twin-over-Full-size bunk beds.
