At nearly 6000 square feet, this massive Post and Beam home is perfect for large groups or multiple families who appreciate quality, space and outstanding amenities. With an exterior inspired by historic local mining camp structures and a designer appointed interior, this luxury vacation home exudes a rustic elegance not found in many Breckenridge vacation homes.

With vaulted ceilings, a stone fireplace as its centerpiece and quality furnishing the Great Room of Sawmill Run Lodge is designed for entertaining. Open to the living room, the dining area with its antler chandelier is equipped to seat up to ten guests. An adjacent gourmet kitchen features a large breakfast bar with additional seating for up to four and offers upscale appliances, granite countertops and custom cabinetry.

While the upper level is designed for entertaining the lower level features amenities that will provide hours of fun. Guests will love the family room with a large sofa and television, pool table, card table. An upper bunk room is furnished with a Captains Bunk that offers a Twin over Queen plus a Twin daybed with a Twin trundle and shares a bathroom with another bunk room equipped with a Twin over Twin bunk plus a Twin daybed with a Twin trundle bed. The lower bunk room features two sets of Twin over Queen bunk beds and shares a bathroom with a King bedroom. Additional bedding is supplied by a Queen sleeper sofa in the loft.
