Access to the wooden deck offering a gas grill, outdoor seating and Peak 8 views is via a glass door in the dining room. While the adults are relaxing and chatting in the living room, a lower level family room offers an added space for the kids or young at heart to cut loose. It boasts a plush sectional sofa, large flat screen television, Apple TV and several gaming systems. A small wet bar with a sink and a mini refrigerator allows guests to keep refreshed without having to stop playing and head upstairs. Step from there onto the lower level patio to enjoy some s’mores under the stars at the fire pit, or unwind and recharge in the private outdoor hot tub.

Access to both the slopes and town from this deluxe townhome is very convenient as it sits just steps from the Gondola Mid-Station. Guests can hop on for a short ride to the ski lifts or the various restaurants, retail shops and galleries of Main Street in Breckenridge. If you prefer to drive, both the base at Peak 8 and downtown are only a mile away. For the Nordic skiers in the group, there are a variety of trails right outside the front door.
