Seating for 8 guests is provided at the adjacent dining table with 2 more guests accommodated at the breakfast bar. Rich marble countertops and high-end appliances are featured in the gourmet kitchen that is open to the living room and dining area. 

Overlooking the living room is a cozy loft space with bean-bag chairs and a wall-mounted television, the perfect spot for the kids to watch a movie. Glass doors in the living room open to a large deck showcasing impressive mountain views and a small desk off the living room offers a spot for those who need to fit in some work while on vacation.

Set off of the living room on the main level, the primary bedroom is appointed with a King bed, private deck and private bathroom with a dual-sink vanity, large soaking tub and walk-in shower. One level up, two guest bedrooms share a full bathroom, both are furnished with Queen beds. Up another level is a guest bedroom equipped with a King bed that shares a full bathroom with the loft space.

A finished, spacious garage and mudroom are ideal for keeping wet gear and snow clothes stored. As a finishing touch, a private park is directly across the street while the rear of the house faces 60 foot pine trees and miles of undeveloped forest.
