Designed for entertaining, Silver Lake Estate features two wings with all of the home’s amenities and gathering places set in between. On the main level, the great room boasts a large living room placed in the center boasting two sofas and several occasional chairs focused on a large stone fireplace flanked by two large picture windows. To one side, there is the gorgeous gourmet kitchen, adorned with wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and a stunning island offering an additional sink, along with seating for five. In the adjacent dining area, a table with a modern aesthetic can accommodate up to eight guests. On the other side of the living room, a cozy den offers four plush leather chairs set in front of an additional fireplace and a large flat screen television, with massive built-in bookshelves on either side. Tucked on its own level in the center of the home, guests can enjoy a wine tasting room, featuring two charming high top tables with ample wine storage. Your crew will love to spread out and have some fun on the home’s lower level which offers a variety of spaces to congregate. In the massive family room, there is one area with leather seating centered on a stone fireplace and large flat screen television, with a pool table on one side and a poker/games table on the other. A stylish wet bar with seating allows for more time spent together without the hassle of heading up to the kitchen. Also on this level, a quaint theater room boasts plush leather recliners and cozy bean bags with a mammoth screen to enjoy a movie or even the big game.  

Silver Lake Estate features two master suites on the main level with four additional guest suites staggered throughout the home. A gorgeous sleigh bed, private gas fireplace and seating area in the first master bedroom creates a luxurious oasis with a beautiful private bathroom. In the second master, enjoy a plush bed, large closet and seating area set in front of deck access, along with a lovely private bathroom. Bedrooms two, three, four and five all offer comfortable bedding, scenic vistas and wall- mounted flat screen televisions, while the sixth guest room was created with younger travelers in mind.

Slopes access is a breeze from this elegant retreat, adding to its overall appeal. From the lower level ski prep room, which offers a large array of hooks, cubbies and ski storage, guests can head outside and hit the trails of Deer Valley Resort. For exploring the city, Silver Lake Estate offers a private two-car garage with an easy drive downtown.
