Off of the living room is a dining table accommodating 8 guests with another three chairs at the adjacent breakfast bar. Overlooking the dining area and living room, the fully equipped kitchen is equipped with refined cabinetry, polished-stone countertops and quality appliances including double-ovens and a large gas range.

Appointed with an inviting sitting area arranged in front of a gas fireplace and wall-mounted television, the mid-level family room includes a wet bar with a mini-fridge and microwave. Sharing an attached bathroom with the family room, the bunk room is equipped with one Twin over Twin bunk and one Twin over Queen bunk.
