Five bedrooms are spread over three levels of the residence with bedding for up to 13 guests. Three bedrooms are located on the main level including the primary suite outfitted with a King bed and private bathroom offering a walk-in shower and dual-sink vanity. Also on this level are two bedrooms that share a full bathroom, one is equipped with a Queen bed while the other has a Full Bunk bed with a Twin Trundle that pulls out from underneath.

One half level down from the living area is a private bedroom with a King bed and private balcony, there is a half bathroom just outside of the bedroom. Off of the family room on the lower level is a bedroom appointed with a Queen bed that shares a full bathroom with the family room that offers a Queen Sleeper Sofa.
