Meals can be enjoyed at the casual kitchen table or the more formal dining table in the shade of a 35-foot black olive tree! Head to the lower level family room outfitted with comfortable seating, a television, a golf driving range simulator, a Ping-Pong table, and a full-size pool table. 

Outdoors, discover over 1,900 square feet of deck and patios with a private hot tub, breathtaking mountain, valley and golf course views, and easy access to mountain biking and cross-country ski trails right outside your back door. Dial-A-Ride service to the gondola and all areas within Mountain Village is available.

Three of the bedrooms are designed as main suites offering King beds, two have private bathrooms that include jetted tubs and steam showers while the third is on the lower level and shares a bathroom, located right outside of the door, with the family room. Two guest bedrooms, furnished with Queen beds, are located on the upper level and share a full bathroom with the loft sleeping area.

Caretakers live in the condo attached to the garage.
