Overlooking the living room is a designer kitchen featuring a large breakfast bar with seating for 7 guests, professional-grade appliances, and an adjacent dining area that seats 8 guests and boasts a wet bar. Step out onto one of the several decks and patios to enjoy a close-up view of the mountains while relaxing on the outdoor furnishings or grilling up dinner. Additional outdoor amenities include a fire pit and sunken private hot tub.

Head to the lower level which hosts a large family room with a variety of fun and relaxing vacation amenities. Focused on a large flatscreen television, the family room sitting area offers a large sofa and comfy chair. Six beautifully appointed bedrooms offering quality furnishings, each with a private bathroom, are spread over the multiple levels of the residence. Furnished with a King bed, the master suite sits on the upper level and features a gas fireplace, private deck, and a private bathroom with a dual sink vanity, and a dual head steam shower. An office space is nestled in a loft area off of the master. Located off of the living area on the main level is another bedroom with a King bed, private deck, and private bathroom with dual sink vanity and steam shower. Finishing off the main level is another King bedroom with a private deck and private bathroom with walk-in shower.

Three bedrooms are located on the lower level off of the family room. Equipped with four sets of Double over Double Bunk beds, one of the lower level bunk rooms can sleep up to 8 guests and includes a private bathroom with dual-faucet vanity and a walk-in shower. The other bunk room has three sets of Double over Double bunk beds and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The final bedroom is outfitted with a Queen bed, has access to the back patio, and includes a private bathroom with walk-in shower.
